Face to face or online, 5 minutes or all day, one to one or company-wide, internal or external – meetings are a fact of life for all of us. Whatever the reason for it, it is important to put your best into your meeting and get the best out of it.
How do agree or disagree with what is being said? What is the best way to give your opinion without causing offence? How do you keep a meeting on track? This starts with an understanding of and ability to use the required language and will help you with the necessary confidence and competence to use it.
The course takes a comprehensive look at different areas and types of meetings, including committee meetings, decision making, specialist agendas, problem solving and strategy.
